1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter „Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, defining their respective rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the purchase of goods and services from the e-shop https://paliesiausdvaras.lt/.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement to these Terms.
1.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method, and familiarized themselves with these Terms, clicks the „Buy” button.
2. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
2.1. All prices for goods and services are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
2.2. The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount specified at the time of purchase. Payment is charged immediately after the order is successfully placed.
2.3. Payment Processing:
- Our store accepts payments directly by credit card, as well as through Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- All transactions are securely processed by our licensed banking partner, AB „Mano bankas“ (Company code: 112043081, Address: S. Moniuškos g. 27, LT-08115 Vilnius).
- By making a purchase, you authorize us to share your payment information and order details with AB „Mano bankas“ for the sole purpose of processing your transaction.
- The Seller (UAB „Diagnostinės sistemos“) does not collect or store your full credit card details. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by AB „Mano bankas“ in accordance with the highest security standards.
- When you use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you are also subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those respective services.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed amount for the ordered goods/services and to accept them.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, accurate, and correct information in the payment and delivery forms. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or false data, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the „Returns and Refunds Policy”.
3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services of the e-shop.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel the Buyer’s access to the e-shop without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of its operations.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and to handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
5.1. General Goods. The conditions for returning goods are governed by the applicable consumer rights legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. Please contact us for specific return instructions.
5.2. Event Tickets. Please note that tickets for concerts and other events are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or its date is changed by the Seller.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. All disagreements arising from the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
