Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. UAB “Diagnostines sistemos”, registration number 122263421 (VAT LT222634219), office address Kalvariju sodu 1-dji-2 08315 Vilnius, Lithuania (referred to as ‘the Paliesius Manor’ below) defines the Booking Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the Booking Conditions) for booking the services provided at the Paliesius Manor via internet payment.

1.2. Persons over 18-years old (hereinafter – the Customer) can book the services, provided at the Paliesius Manor, via internet payment. The Customer who books these services via internet payment, must familiarize themselves with these Booking Conditions. By using the services provided at the Paliesius Manor’s, the Customer confirms that they agree to comply with these Booking Conditions.

1.3. The Paliesius Manor provides accommodation, wellness services, cultural experiences, dining, guided excursions, and other hospitality-related services. All services are provided according to the description on the website or based on individual written agreement between the Customer and the Paliesius Manor.

1.4. These Booking Conditions define the general terms and conditions that apply to bookings made by a customer at the Paliesius Manor. They also define the Paliesius Manor’s data protection rules that are described in more detail in the Paliesius Manor’s Privacy Policy.

2. Reservation, Booking and Cancellation

2.1. The agreement with the Customer is generally defined by the requirements and rules stated in this document, except in cases where a written agreement specifying other terms has been concluded with the Paliesius Manor. Before making a booking, the Customer must familiarize oneself with the provisions of these Booking Conditions.

2.2. The prices, content and description of services provided by the Paliesius Manor to a specific Customer are defined individually for that Customer in a separate document, and form an addendum to these Booking Conditions. The Paliesius Manor follows the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.3. Reservation is secured and considered a booking under these Booking Conditions when the agreed pre-payment is made. The Customer is obligated to make the pre-payment no later than 5 working days after the reservation is made. Once the Paliesius Manor receives the pre-payment or information confirming the pre-payment, an automatic confirmation of the order is sent to the Customer’s provided email address. By making the pre-payment the Customer agrees to these Booking Conditions of the Paliesius Manor.

2.4. When the Customer makes a booking for 10 participants and more, the Customer is obligated to make the full payment for the services booked no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise approved by the Paliesius Manor in written.

2.5. When the Customer makes a booking for up to 10 participants, the Customer is obligated to make the full payment for the services latest upon the arrival to the Paliesius Manor, unless otherwise agreed by the Paliesius Manor in written.

2.6. The Customer may modify their booking, i.e. change the dates and the amount of people, no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date to the Paliesius Manor. If the Customer makes booking modification made no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date to the Paliesius Manor, there will be no additional charges for the Customer. If the modifications for the booking at the Paliesius Manor are made less than two weeks before the agreed arrival time, the Paliesius Manor reserves the right to apply additional charges for the modifications made.

2.7. Rooms will not be held for the Customer if the Customer fails to arrive on the first day of their reservation without prior notifications, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and the Paliesius Manor in writing.

2.8. The Customer may cancel a booking made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation of the booking is made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival, the Customer will receive a refund of the pre-payment made. When the Customer makes a reservation less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival the default time of cancellation for that booking will be 18:00 the Paliesius Manor local time.

2.9. If the Customer makes a cancellation of the booking less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the Customer will be billed for one night of the stay, including taxes.

2.10. The Customer has to make the cancelation or modification request in writing to the following email: info@paliesiuausdvaras.lt, for the request to be valid under these Booking Conditions.

2.11. When the Customer makes the pre-payment or full payment online for services provided at the Paliesius Manor by using Visa/Mastercard, the Transaction Processing Rules of Mastercard alt. the Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules (hereinafter – the Visa/Mastercard Rules) apply. If there is any conflict between cancellation policy of the Paliesius Manor established in these Booking Conditions and the above mentioned Rules of Visa/Mastercard, the Visa/Mastercard Rules prevail.

3. Refund

3.1. The Customer has a right to full or partly refund only if the conditions under the cancellation policy in chapter 2 above are fulfilled.

3.2. All approved refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment card used for the pre-payment.

3.3. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation by the customer.

3.4. Concert tickets are non-exchangeable and money for tickets is non-refundable (except in cases where the event is cancelled or the event date is changed).

4. Data Protection

4.1. Personal information must be provided when making the booking of services provided by the Paliesius Manor. The Paliesius Manor undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties. In all other cases, personal data may be disclosed only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and only when there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:

  • 4.1.1. comply with legal procedures;
  • 4.1.2. ensure compliance with the Booking Conditions;
  • 4.1.3. protect the Paliesius Manor’s rights, property, or ensure the safety at the Paliesius Manor, or for the public.

4.2. What data the Paliesius Manor collects and how it is managed is defined in the Paliesius Manor Privacy Policy.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Paliesius Manor reserves the right to amend or supplement these Booking Conditions and related documents at any time at its discretion.

5.2. The Customer understands and agrees that if they book the services provided by the Paliesius Manor after the date of amendment of the Booking Conditions, the Paliesius Manor will treat this as acceptance of the revised Booking Conditions.

5.3. The Customer agrees that the Paliesius Manor has the right to send notifications, including notices about changes to the Booking Conditions, to the Customer via email or phone.
