- WHY DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company carries out activities related to the processing of your personal data:
(i) maintains business relationships with its partners, ensures the provision of high-quality services (“client care”);
(ii) invests in the restoration, development, and expansion of Paliesius Manor as a real estate and cultural heritage object;
(iii) provides accommodation and catering services;
(iv) organizes social and cultural events (concerts) and promotions;
(v) collects, systematizes, and analyzes information about goods purchased and services received by clients, determines client needs, and forms personalized offers;
(vi) conducts direct marketing;
(vii) conducts e-commerce;
(viii) manages documentation related to employment relations and occupational safety (concludes employment contracts, maintains their records, fulfills the Company’s duties as an employer established by legal acts, maintains and ensures proper communication with employees outside working hours, ensures proper working conditions, collects and stores archival data, ensures the security of employees and documents);

- WHERE DOES THE COMPANY GET YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?
