On 17 May, Paliesius Manor is hosting a special concert by two renowned Lithuanian artists, saxophone star Petras Vyšniauskas and pianist Egidijus Buožis.
Petras Vyšniauskas is one of the pioneers of Lithuania’s professional saxophone school and one of the country’s most decorated jazz creators. Egidijus Buožis is a jazz pianist, composer, producer, and music professor at the Jazz Department of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. The performer has mastered a wide repertoire, ranging from well-known jazz standards to original contemporary jazz compositions with elements of be-bop, hard-bop, cool, fusion, acid, and ethnic jazz.
