On 28 December, come celebrate a special occasion: we’re unveiling the manor’s new antique instruments, an organ and a harpsichord! Together with organist and harpsichordist Balys Vaitkus, Italian musician and master craftsman Carlo Mascheroni will present an organ and harpsichord he made himself and demonstrate their wonderful music to the audience.

Carlo Mascheroni is an organist, pianist, passionate musician, and craftsman with a boundless love for everything related to keys and keyboards. His life revolves around notes: playing, teaching and also building keyboard musical instruments such as harpsichords, organs, clavicyters, and fortepianos.

Associate Professor of organ and harpsichord performance at the Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy in Vilnius, Dr. Balys Vaitkus is an internationally recognized recitalist. His successful career as an organist, boosted by several competition prizes, has currently lasted for nearly forty years meanwhile.
