Don’t miss the very first international piano music festival, EuroLiszt Festival, on October 17–18 at Paliesius Manor!

The festival is dedicated to Franc Liszt, one of the most prominent figures in European music history. You will meet him not just as a composer and icon of pianism but also as a European humanist, modernist, and cultural mediator, who spent his entire life connecting different cultures, nations, artistic trends, and spiritual ideas.

The artistic director of the festival is the world-renowned pianist Mūza Rubackytė, who has been consistently creating international projects connecting Lithuania with European musical tradition for more than three decades. Paliesius Manor was not chosen incidentally: European musical culture flourished in salons, manors, and aristocratic circles in the 19th century, and it was in this environment that Liszt performed during his tours, playing for monarchs, the high society, and the intellectual centers of Europe.
