Pianist Mūza Rubackytė, laureate of the Lithuanian National Prize for Culture and Art, and the winners of the Lisztofonija competition are coming to Paliesius Manor! Together with pianist Eglė Andrejevaitė, the author and curator of the competition idea, and Simonas Poška, the winner of the Lisztofonija-3 competition, they will present us with a concert for all that like classical music and Liszt.
The Lisztofonija Piano Competition, held for the first time in 2017, is a competition for Lithuanian pianists initiated by the Lithuanian Ferenc Liszt Association LiSZtuania, which aims to encourage Lithuanian pianists to perform, record, and deepen their knowledge of the works of Franz Liszt. This is the final concert of this year’s winners and a performance by the world-renowned expert on Liszt’s music, Prof. Mūza Rubackytė, who won the Grand Prize of the Liszt Records Competition in Budapest in 2020.
