Spend a January afternoon with cabaret songs! Viktoras Gerulaitis will present a concert at Paliesius Manor, during which soprano Jūratė Rudžianskaitė and pianist Eglė Perkumaitė will masterfully perform cabaret songs by William Bolcom and Arnold Weinstein.

The music of cabaret songs revealed the various moods, experiences, feelings, and emotions of people: love and hate, joy and pain, irony and sarcasm, everything that intersects with people’s daily experiences and events. Cabaret reflects the ideas of different eras, reveals the spirit and problems of the present day, and is therefore understandable and close to everyone.

Singer Jūratė Rudžianskaitė has a wide repertoire of music by German, Spanish, French, American, and Lithuanian composers. She has performed in France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, and Spain.

Pianist Eglė Perkumaitė has been a laureate of national and international competitions. In more than 40 years of creative work, she has performed in around 900 concerts.
