Start your summer with art, listening to the musical conversations of Giedrė Lukšaitė Mrázková and Nijolė Dorotėja Beniušytė, teacher and student. Both are renowned harpsichordists who have appeared in various countries as soloists and with various ensembles. Beniušytė used to study at the HAMU Academy in Prague in the harpsichord class of Prof. Lukšaitė-Mrazková: now they are back together for a joint concert.
Giedrė Lukšaitė Mrázková is a harpsichordist, organist, pianist and pedagogue. In 2011, she was awarded the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas (5th grade) for her services to Lithuanian culture.
Hapsichordist Nijolė Dorotėja Beniušytė actively participates in various international events and festivals, and is invited to serve on competition juries. She is also involved in organisational activities: for example, she is the director of the International Early Music Festival Banchetto musicale.
